Paysagiste Leger Landscapes is GROWING, and we are looking for EXPERIENCED sales professional to run company-provided and self-generated leads to close sales in the landscaping field. Note we are a seasonal business (April - Nov) Leger Landscapes is a family-owned and operated organization that specializes in all areas of paver restoration driveway reveling, polymeric sand replacement, paver maintenance cleaning, and sealing. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer relations and always strive to deliver the most outstanding service experience ever The primary goal is to go off a list of pre-qualified leads, establish contact with them and build a rapport that will end with a sale. As a salesperson, your focus will be offering services to residential clients. You will ultimately establish, develop, and retain a client base which you will provide with customized landscape restoration solutions. We are looking for a self-motivated, team player who is ambitious and always ready to "close the sale". Our mission statement is to “Pursue excellence to provide the best customer satisfaction experience ever” **Qualifications**: Minimum 2 years sales experience. Keen knowledge of modern technology (smartphone, tablets, apps etc.) Proven ability to close. Work vehicle (paid gas/millage)( during probation, then a sales car/gas card will be provided) Strong negotiating skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to meet deadlines, problem solve and work well under pressure High attention to details **Duties and responsibilities**: Seeking out new leads as well as working with the leads we provide Closing the deal, bringing negotiations and discussions with leads to a successful close with a signed deal Researching leads and projects and establishing contacts by cold calling, site visits, etc. Prepare weekly and monthly sales plans / reports Schedule sales calls and product presentations with clients. In person (social distance estimate) and over the phone meetings with potential as well as existing clients.
