We are currently seeking a reliable and qualified Architectural Sheet Metal Foreman and Worker to join our dynamic team.

**Position**: Architectural Sheet Metal Foreman and Worker
**Terms**: Permanent, Full-time
**Location**: Lower Mainland, BC
**Salary**: $25.00 to $55.00 per hour, based on experience
**Language**: English (preferred)

**Education and Requirements**:

- Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker ticket or equivalent.
- Enrollment in a recognized Sheet Metal apprenticeship is an asset but not mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of Cladding Experience.
- Proficient in interpreting drawings (Must Have).
- Capable of effective communication with engineers, inspectors, and sub-contractors.
- Strong leadership abilities in coordinating labourers.
- Experience in ordering materials for sites, providing as-built drawings and attending pre-construction meetings.
- Valid Class 5 or 7 Driver's License is required. Must arrange transportation to and from work.
- Familiarity with WorkSafe BC requirements and protocols.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of 5-10 Workers for medium to large cladding projects.
- Independently interpret and plan projects based on drawings, from initiation to completion.
- Organize and procure materials for projects, ensuring adequate supplies.
- Safely install, repair, and replace metal roofing, flashing, and cladding on residential and commercial roofs.
- Utilize power and hand tools for cutting, bending, shaping, and finishing sheet metal components.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work at heights and in diverse weather conditions.
