We are hiring Siding Installers/Cladders at various levels, from Junior to Senior, to join our team. Whether you're just starting out in the field or have years of experience, we have an opportunity that aligns with your skill set. In these roles, you'll be responsible for installing siding and cladding systems, ensuring top-notch quality and craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

Junior Siding Installer

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior team members with siding and cladding installation tasks.
- Follow established safety protocols and work instructions.
- Learn and develop installation skills under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain tools and materials, ensuring efficient project workflow.

Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of construction and building materials.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
- Physical stamina and comfort with manual labor.

Skills/Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in siding installation or a related field.

Mid-Level Siding Installer / Cladder

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently install various types of siding and cladding materials.
- Ensure high-quality finishes while maintaining project deadlines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain safety standards and manage tools/equipment efficiently.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in siding installation.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision while being a team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.

Skills/Experience:

- Experience with various cladding systems (e.g., vinyl, wood, metal).
- Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Senior Siding Installer / Cladder

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead installation of complex siding and cladding systems.
- Supervise junior and mid-level team members, providing training and mentorship.
- Ensure all installations are done to spec and with exceptional quality.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in siding installation.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of various cladding materials and installation techniques.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff.

Skills/Experience:

- Advanced knowledge of installation methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings.
- Prior experience in site management or leading teams is a plus.
