About the Role:
As a Cladding Drafter specializing in 3D, Revit, and BIM, you’ll contribute to the design and detailing of sophisticated façade and cladding systems. You’ll work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and fabrication teams to deliver precision-built designs that align with Bothwell’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D shop drawings for cladding systems.
- Coordinate BIM/Revit models for multi-discipline integration.
- Prepare fabrication and installation details with precision.
- Liaise with design, engineering, and project management teams.
- Support digital design workflows and documentation management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of drafting experience within façade, cladding, or building envelope design.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration platforms.
- Strong understanding of construction assemblies and envelope detailing.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline.
