**Job Summary**
As Quality Assurance Technician, you will ensure products meet quality and safety standards through inspections, testing, and collaboration with the production team. This role offers hands-on experience in food safety and quality control in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform regular quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze inspection data and report findings to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) measures.
- Conduct thorough documentation of quality control processes, including data collection and analysis.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
- Fabricate test samples as needed for quality evaluation purposes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management systems to enhance product reliability.
- Participate in internal audits and support external audits as required.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
