**ABOUT THE JOB**:
The Program Manager is a liaison between the senior leadership and will be responsible for an effective communication and coordination between key stakeholders
This person is responsible for developing a well-structured plan of action that will support programs from start to finish. In addition to this, they are responsible for coordinating various interrelated tasks
A successful Program Manager needs to be ambitious and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent executive level communication skills.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working with VP’s, Directors and C-suite level to identify, secure and onboard resources for the program
- Tracking progress against project milestones and holding others accountable for assigned tasks and timelines
- Coach, mentor, develop and performance management direct reports
- Identifying any barriers to successful program execution and escalating as appropriate
- Building partnerships with various industry stakeholders and leaders
- Ensuring project operations are consistent with regulatory guidelines and internal processes
- Developing innovative work systems and processes to simplify operations of current programs
Collecting, recording, and analyzing project data
- Developing insightful reports for top management
**MUST HAVE SKILLS**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work proactively with little supervision
- Flexible and adaptive to a frequently changing environment
- Taking and giving constructive feedback
- Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Working knowledge of performance metrics and program management techniques
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in Engineering (preferred), management, business, or related field, 4 plus years of experience working as a Project Manager, Program Coordinator, Program manager, or other management role will be ideal
- Must have minimum 4-5 years of experience in business management and operations management.
- At least 5 years of working experience in relevant roles and practical human management skills.
- Proficient computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
