**PROGRAM MANAGER- Pre-Paid Card Solutions**
**SUMMARY**:
The Program Manager develops the program plans for various pre-paid card solution programs and other related programs by ensuring it is followed and revised as necessary, based on risks, progress, and shifting priorities. This role monitors the multi-disciplinary team to meet program goals. The Program Manager role requires management, negotiation, and facilitation skills to plan and track the diverse activities of today's programs. The Program Manager works with the Sales Team, Creative Department, the IT Department, and many others to ensure the delivery of quality products on time and within budget.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Oversee all creative designs/mock-up requisitions and manage scheduling of the creative designs with the design team
- Management test activities and post product delivery support of programs
- Manage the planning, preparation and maintenance of program schedules by estimating activity duration and risk to ensure target program launch is met
- Train new clients funding, access to balances and loading, registration and activation procedures with the customer service management team.
- Track program status
- Attend weekly client status meetings
- Preparing any follow-up action recommendations as required
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain program deadlines
- Providing ongoing support to client as required after program launch
- Managing the production of the required deliverables
- Planning and monitoring the program.
- Preparing and maintaining the Program Plan
- Conducting end program evaluation to assess how well the program was managed
- Preparing any follow-up action recommendations as required
- Providing ongoing support to client as required after program launch
**SKILLS**:
- High standard code of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
- Finance/ banking/FinTech or pre-paid card solutions experience is an asset
- Extremely detailed oriented and well-organized.
- Demonstrate efficient time management skills.
- Excellent PC skills i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and MS Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment and take initiatives.
- High degree of professionalism and effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot various types of office equipment
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, PMP certification is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
