**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions related to property management.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the property management system.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
- Coordinate communication between tenants, vendors, and property management teams.
- Support sales efforts by maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance requests and work orders.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to property management activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address inquiries or concerns promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field.
- Understanding in basic accounting is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems is a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and service providers.
- Familiarity with CMMS is advantageous but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $35,776.00-$47,840.00 per year
