**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Sales & Operations Coordinator** to join our team and support a wide range of initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that will evolve with our company. You’ll play a vital part in helping us reach our revenue targets, strengthen customer relationships, and improve our operational systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

Support the sales team with quoting, proposal preparation, job costing, and client communication

Assist with lead generation, CRM tracking (HubSpot), and marketing tasks including social media scheduling and reporting Learn and understand our full suite of pavement maintenance and coating services to support conversations with clients and internal teams Help plan, coordinate, and execute jobs and services, including occasional on-site or hands-on production support Work with the operations team to refine processes and optimize workflows Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal systems, tracking tools, and reporting dashboards Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**

Prior experience in a sales, operations, or marketing coordination role

Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus) Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once Willingness to support the team wherever needed—including some hands-on field work Comfortable in a client-facing role with a customer-first mindset Knowledge of pavement maintenance or construction services is a strong asset, but not required Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
