**How you will CELLebrate**

**We are looking for a reliable member of the BSI team (Battery Specific Infrastructure) for the role of BSI Project Coordinator.**

Reporting to the Head of BSI you will be responsible for the management of the BSI timeline. Facilitating communication and coordinating tasks with the BSI team during design and execution. Managing contracts and costs within BSI’s defined scope of work.

**This is a flex hybrid model, requiring 2 days per week in the St. Thomas office.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the local PM company to organize schedule, quality, and design meetings, including agenda creation, minutes, and decision proposals
- Tracking and updating of detailed milestone program (intern and extern permits, design steps, tendering and contracting, execution)
- Verification of cost estimations prepared by the designer considering local conditions
- Co-ordination and participation in award procedure
- Weekly preparation of PowerCo project dashboard and corresponding report file with PM company
- Monthly cost reports including supplementary work and claims
- Support in verification of supplementary work and claims in terms of technical content and price
- Steering change management after design freeze

**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction Project Management

**What else can you bring**
- Experience in Scheduling, Supplier management, project management, construction management
- Experience in Battery, Pharmaceutical, semi-conductor Clean & Dry room project management is preferred
- Ability to adapt to and maintain flexibility with the juggling of multiple projects
- Advanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Advanced competency with schedule software(MMP, Primera. etc )
- Working knowledge of OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams, Concur and SAP strongly desired
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
