Station Earth is looking for a sales administrator to join us as a member of our sales team. Their roles and responsibilities will include:

- Supporting our existing customer base, strengthening client relationships;
- Providing in-house sales;
- Providing first point of contact for inbound leads;
- Assisting the sales team in communicating with new residential and commercial clients;
- Helping to prepare quotes and pre-qualifying potential clients;
- Prospecting for new clients;
- Preparing and maintaining project-related documents using established formats;
- Gaining and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of product lines through in-house and offsite vendor training (provided);
- Product sourcing, procurement and warehouse management;
- Parts staging for daily quoted and service projects;
- Managing closeout documentation, client follow up;
- Providing general office administrative support, as required;
- Self-motivated, able to work independently;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, succinct and clear;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Solid computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude;
- Administrative experience is required;
- Customer service experience is required;
- Sales experience an asset;
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution experience;
- Responsive and patient, with a friendly demeanor;
- Experience in the home integration field an asset;
- A clean drivers abstract.
