Composite Power Group Inc. is looking for an organized and self-motivated Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company personnel. The Office Administrator will report to the Office Manager and will also work closely with other members of the team. This is a fantastic permanent, full-time opportunity to make an impact with the work you are doing.

Composite Power Group Inc. has operated as an electrical utility sales representative for over 35 years. Our sales team takes the initiative to connect the suppliers in our portfolio with companies building the grid. We focus on the sale of equipment for high-voltage (5kV - 800kV) lines and substations, and we work with industry leading suppliers that are committed to innovation and to doing business in Canada.

We are a small company, but we have achieved a national presence, and we manage a large sales portfolio. We offer our team independence and autonomy in decision-making, to develop long-term, trust-based partnerships with our customers and suppliers.

**Office Administrator Responsibilities**:

- The Office Administrator works independently and is responsible for the functions entrusted to their care.
- Receive and process vendor, customer and management inquiries, bills, invoices, and other forms of financial documents through all official Composite Power Group communication channels.
- Fulfill all government reporting and payment requirements.
- Performing accounting tasks such as monitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable and source deductions.
- Prepare and check purchase orders to vendors, track vendor delivery dates and update open orders.
- Prepare, and send invoices to customers, recording all relevant actions and information in Composite Power Group’s sales and finance software.
- Follow up on and make arrangements for late and / or unpaid invoices while maintaining a good relationship with customers.
- Act as a backup to the office manager and perform other relevant duties when needed.

**Office Administrator Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and Salesforce Sales Cloud an asset.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
