**Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those in need of caregiving support. Your primary focus will be to enhance the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and support in various settings, including home care, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities or seniors in daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Assist clients with heavy lifting and mobility needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for clients, promoting a healthy living space.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and caregivers, to develop tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
- Document daily activities and any changes in client condition for ongoing assessment by healthcare providers.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance caregiving skills and stay updated on best practices in senior care and hospice care.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with persons with disabilities or in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with senior care practices, including assisted living and hospice care environments is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by client needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives is essential.
