**About Us**

Aurora Shades Corp. is a fast-growing Toronto-based company specializing in **custom window coverings**—from blinds and curtains to smart motorized shades. With both retail and wholesale expansion underway, we are looking for a **creative, hands-on Marketing & Business Development Coordinator** to join our team and grow with us.

This role blends **digital marketing execution, online advertising strategy, and sales support**—perfect for someone who enjoys seeing real results from their work.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing**
- Plan and execute **online marketing campaigns** targeting GTA audiences on **Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads**, and other platforms.
- Develop and manage **paid advertising strategies** (budgeting, targeting, performance tracking).
- Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Coordinate local exposure initiatives (community engagement, showroom branding, flyer drops).

**Sales Support**
- Assist with **site visits, window measurements, and customer consultations**.
- Prepare **quotes, invoices, and material samples** for clients.
- Maintain clear communication between **clients, production, and installation teams**.
- Help nurture strong client relationships and build referral networks.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years marketing experience**, ideally in home decor, interior design, or B2C services.
- Practical knowledge of **Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads** for local marketing.
- Understanding of **SEO fundamentals** and how to improve visibility.
- Strong written and verbal communication in **English&** Mandarin,Cantonese is a plus.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license (own car preferred).
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Interest in **visual aesthetics and home design** is an asset.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Base Pay**: Starting from **$21-$24/hour** (approx. $43,680 - $49,920 annually).
- **Performance Bonus**: Quarterly KPI-based bonuses ($1,000-$1,500) tied to lead generation, ad campaign results, and customer growth.
- **Sales Commission (Optional)**: Additional 1-2% commission on qualified sales directly managed by the coordinator.
- **Growth Potential**: Total annual compensation can reach **$55,000-$60,000+** depending on performance.
