**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Issuing purchase orders.
- Receiving materials against purchase orders, ensure correct components are received.
- Work with all departments to ensure materials are ordered and delivered based on project timelines.
- Maintaining supplier relationships (price negotiations/delivery/etc).
- Other miscellaneous tasks as required.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 1 - 2 years working in a junior buyer position
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Self-disciplined and accountable.
- Detail oriented and exceptionally organized.
- The team member will possess a willingness to listen, learn, and ask questions to enhance their applied knowledge within the automation industry.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

**Working Hours and Location**
- Full-time position (40hrs per week).
- Work location will be Prime Automation’s location(s) in Waterloo, Ontario.
