310-DUMP is looking for a highly organized and experienced **Waste & Recycling Manager** with a commitment to providing five-star service with every client interaction to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of our waste and recycling operations, including overseeing drivers, handling customer complaints and issues, scheduling and coordinating pickups and deliveries, managing truck's maintenance and repairs, training new employees.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Strong management skills (3+ years' management experience)
- Team-player
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge (you need to talk to our drivers in the same language)
- Experience in managing Safety programs
- Experience in waste and recycling management (as asset)
- Valid class 3 driver's license with air brakes and clean driving record (as asset)
