**Overnight Material Follow Up Coordinator**:

We are seeking a Material Follow UP Coordinator to help us with our Just In Time processes in Oshawa.

This is an overnight shift.

**Essential Functions**
- Responsible to receive inbound and place outbound calls
- Customer Contact with other GM plants
- Track Consignment outbound material
- Create outbound paperwork including customs documents
- Track and report inbound shipments
- Perform standard transportation management procedures

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments

**Qualifications**
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- One (1) year or more customer service or call center experience required

Description du poste:
Le commis à l'exploitation est chargé de gérer les documents d'arrivée et de départ des quais de réception et de communiquer directement avec le client au sujet des problèmes qui peuvent survenir pendant le quart de travail. Le commis à l'exploitation coordonne également l'acheminement des casiers utilisés pour la production de notre client en fournissant le décompte et en le communiquant au transporteur et au fournisseur

Responsabilités:
Responsable de recevoir les appels entrants et de faire les appels sortants

Contact client avec d’autres usines de GM

Faire le suivi des envois sortants

Créer des documents de départ, y compris des documents de douane

Faire le suivi et le rapport des colis entrants

Exécuter les procédures standard de gestion de transport

Exigences:
Diplôme d'études secondaires (Général)

Un (1) an ou plus service à la clientèle ou expérience d’un centre d'appel

Excellentes compétences en communications écrites et verbales

Comprend le matériel informatique et les logiciels, spécifiquement le traitement de texte, tableur et courier électronique. Microsoft Excel et Word de niveau intermédiaire

Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles

Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et affectations, de fixer des priorités et de s'adapter aux conditions changeantes et à diverses affectations de travail
