Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations Co-op/Intern will be responsible for supporting the work of the Marketing and Operations team through the use of the technology stack at Fiix.

What you will do:

- Marketing team support_- Support the campaign execution team with QA and testing- Ensure data integrity of system records to support marketing campaigns- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics on a weekly basis- Own and complete a special project
- Operations team support_- Ensure integrity of database health by focusing on data completeness, enrichment and hygiene- Work cross functionally with the operations team to support ongoing process changes, and systems builds- Adopt agile methodology and support the operations and marketing teams to ensure accuracy of cases, and that they are completed on time- Learn and leverage an array of tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, PathFactory, Drift, and more- Support the Revenue operations team with systems issues related to the sales process.
- Career Development_- Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-growth software company, with access to internal resources for personal development.- You should be expected to finish this placement with a strong understanding of SaaS, marketing operations and tools.

- Coachable, fast learner who can pick up new skills and processes quickly- Analytical mindset with a skillset focused on extracting & analyzing data- Strong attention to detail- HIghly organized and able to prioritize tasks- Able to thrive in a fast paced environment- Self-starter requiring mínimal supervision- Pursuing a degree or diploma in business, economics or STEM- Salesforce/CRM or Marketo/marketing automation system experience a bonus
