Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations Co-op/Intern will be responsible for supporting the work of the Marketing and Operations team through the use of the technology stack at Fiix.

**What you will do**:

- Marketing team support_
- Support the campaign execution team with QA and testing
- Ensure data integrity of system records to support marketing campaigns
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics on a weekly basis
- Own and complete a special project
- Operations team support_
- Ensure integrity of database health by focusing on data completeness, enrichment and hygiene
- Work cross functionally with the operations team to support ongoing process changes, and systems builds
- Adopt agile methodology and support the operations and marketing teams to ensure accuracy of cases, and that they are completed on time
- Learn and leverage an array of tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, PathFactory, Drift, and more
- Support the Revenue operations team with systems issues related to the sales process.

- Pursuing a degree or diploma in business, economics or STEM
- Salesforce/CRM or Marketo/marketing automation system experience a bonus
