You will be responsible for providing customer service in a professional and courteous manner, and will simultaneously use telephone and computer systems to handle inquiries, research answers, enter requests for service, comments or complaints for investigation and for other purposes. In working as part of a team, your ability to deal effectively and courteously with internal and external contacts including the public, staff, Council and others is paramount, as well as your ability to handle enquiries, complaints and service requests with promptness, tact, diplomacy and accuracy.
