IT Support Specialist*
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Set up User Accounts on MS 365 and grant them the appropriate licenses.
- Interact with employees to troubleshoot laptop, hardware, software and other peripheral device issues.
- Must be able to deploy images and software to computers locally and remotely.
- Effectively manage inventory of laptops and accessories.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify and solve complex problems independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Document all problems and solutions in the Tracking System.
- Preparing and providing support documentation, including procedural documentation when required, including providing user and group training as required.
- Maintain and continue to develop excellent communication and interaction skills.
**Nice to have**:
- Experience in a technical support role covering MS 365 enterprise software products such as MS 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune.
- Knowledge about Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and MS 365 Admin Panel
- An education focused on Computer Science, MIS, or similar technical disciplines
- Application support and troubleshooting experience
**Duration - 3 months contract position**
