**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate skid steer loaders efficiently and safely across multiple construction sites.
- Assist with excavation, material handling, and site preparation tasks using heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and pavers.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Support additional tasks, including horizontal drilling, paving, and other heavy machinery operations as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating skid steers and other heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and pavers.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred or required depending on project needs.
- Knowledge of construction site safety standards and practices.
- Ability to operate Caterpillar equipment and familiarity with horizontal drilling is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is highly desirable. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for heavy equipment operation and construction projects to contribute their skills in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 48 per week
