**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently operate skid steer equipment on active job sites.
- Perform routine pre-trip and maintenance inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with site preparation, grading, and material handling as required.
- Support excavation crews and coordinate with other operators and foremen.
- Follow company safety protocols, policies, and OHS regulations at all times.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, organized condition.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and site conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- **YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO OPERATE A SKID STEER - THERE IS AN IN PERSON SKILL TEST TO DEMONSTRATE YOUR ABILITIES**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience operating skid steers or similar equipment in construction or earthworks.
- Strong understanding of excavation, backfill, and site grading practices.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with reliable transportation to job sites in and around Calgary.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
