**JOB OVERVIEW**

**Position Details**:

- Application Deadline: May 1, 2025
- Start Date: May
- Employment Type: Full-time, part-time, seasonal
- Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Bonus Pay: Available for workers who demonstrate exceptional quality and efficiency
- Sub-contracting: Available only for Senior Sprayer position. If interested, sub-contractors are expected to supply all their own tools and equipment for the job. *Hours are not guaranteed to sub-contractors.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of painting experience for Experienced Painter position, and 7+ years of painting experience for Senior Sprayer/Painter position.
- Knowledge and skills in prep work including scraping, sanding, filling, priming, and masking.
- Precise and quality brushwork and rolling.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from job sites. We operate in all Edmonton area. Gas money for distance traveled will be provided.
- Fall Protection Certification (Required for Wilson Pro Painting crew members).
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to work on ladders, in harnesses, at heights, and in various weather conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and Management to understand project requirements and preferences.
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, caulking, priming, and masking as necessary.
- Execute painting tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently throughout the painting process.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
