Nolk is seeking an experienced **_Social Media Specialist (Organic)_** **to oversee all aspects of the social media channels associated with the Emerging Brand’s unit. Reporting directly to the Emerging Brands’ Head of Content, the specialist_ _is responsible for driving community engagement, growing audiences, and maintaining an identifiable brand voice.

**Responsibilities**

Content Creation
- Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Ensure all social media content adheres to the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand message across all channels
- Optimize social media content for search engines to increase visibility and reach
- Use relevant keywords, hashtags, and tagging practices

Community Engagement
- Foster and build online communities around the brand
- Curate relevant content from the community to share with followers and on the website

Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions
- Prepare regular reports to communicate performance insights and recommendations for improvement

**Qualifications**
- Experience in creating content calendars for various social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and for multiple accounts at one time
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
- Ability to create engaging and high-quality content
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma
- Strong video editing skills and knowledge of leading video editing platforms e.g. Capcut, Canva, etc.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track and measure performance
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Being bilingual in English and French is a plus

Relevant directement du Responsable du Contenu Emerging Brands, le spécialiste est responsable de l'engagement communautaire, de la croissance des audiences et du maintien d'une voix de marque identifiable.

**Responsabilités**

Création de Contenu
- Développer, créer et programmer du contenu engageant pour diverses plateformes de médias sociaux, telles que Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- S'assurer que tout le contenu des médias sociaux adhère à la voix, au ton et à l'identité visuelle de la marque
- Coordonner avec l'équipe marketing pour maintenir un message de marque cohérent sur tous les canaux
- Optimiser le contenu des médias sociaux pour les moteurs de recherche afin d'augmenter la visibilité et la portée
- Utiliser des mots-clés, hashtags et pratiques de tag pertinents

Engagement Communautaire
- Favoriser et construire des communautés en ligne autour de la marque
- Curater du contenu pertinent de la communauté à partager avec les abonnés et sur le site web

Analyse et Rapport
- Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) tels que la portée, l'engagement, les abonnés et les conversions
- Préparer des rapports réguliers pour communiquer les insights de performance et des recommandations d'amélioration

**Qualifications**
- Expérience dans la création de calendriers de contenu pour diverses plateformes de médias sociaux, telles que Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, et pour plusieurs comptes simultanément
