Global Freight Compass Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Operations Specialist to join our team in Regina. This position involves arranging and monitoring daily shipments, keeping schedules on track, and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete. The role requires regular communication with drivers, clients, and team members to provide updates and quickly resolve any issues that may arise. You’ll use company tools to track deliveries, maintain records, and help identify ways to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. Comfort with computers and a willingness to learn new systems are important, and experience in shipping, transportation, or customer service is a plus but not required.
