**The Operations Specialist Role**
In this role, you will look after and ensure the successful deliveries of furniture across Canada including scheduling, live support, assigning and managing tasks, logistics and troubleshooting through communications with order pickers/packers, couriers and customers via phone and communications software.
You will work with our software and provide feedback on rapidly changing technology systems built by our own engineering teams.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
