**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents related to family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and adoption.
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case strategies.
- Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and up-to-date within document management systems.
- Perform document review and drafting, including contracts and pleadings.
- Interview clients to gather relevant information for cases while maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing attorney calendars.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress and deadlines.
- Assist with litigation tasks, including preparing trial binders and exhibits.
- Collaborate with other paralegals and legal staff on various projects as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in family law or related fields such as immigration law or personal injury law.
- Proficiency in legal research techniques and familiarity with legal databases.
- Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Experience with project management principles to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Familiarity with Clio or similar legal case management software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to maintain professionalism through phone etiquette and client interactions.
