**WE ARE HIRING**
**JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - KEY ACCOUNTS**
- **This position requires you to**:_
- Build sustainable, trusting relationships with your assigned Key Accounts through open and interactive communication
- Manage incoming customer service inquiries from our Key Account partners to succinctly identify and assess customers’ needs
- Effectively resolve challenges as they arise - use good judgment that is consistent with company policy and guidelines to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Process customer inputs and orders by using company ERP and CRM systems, and customer CRM systems as applicable.
- Follow communication and reporting procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Other related duties and projects, as assigned.
- **You have the following experience**:_
- 3 + years proven customer support experience
- Customer oriented, you have the ability to adapt/respond to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Solution-based thinker with well-developed problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent analytical and observational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Must have experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of motorized blind systems is an asset.
- Customer conflict management training would be an asset.

**COMPENSATION**
- Annual Salary - Commensurate with experience
- 3 Weeks vacation and 6 sick days per year
