Event Warehouse Manager

The ideal Warehouse Manager is a team player, forward thinker, and is key to our operational workflow. Whether the challenge is to load a large order, maintain an accurate inventory, or process equipment to our rental ready standards, attitude and accuracy is key.
**Responsibilities**:
- Complete assignments and special projects as required - available as event dates
- Pull orders, load, unload trucks, and test equipment
- Work on quotes
- Clean & Return third party items
- Clean and maintain rental inventory, warehouse and vehicles
- Willing operate a truck / sprinter
- Ability to work individually and as a team member
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail required
- Perform all job duties in a proficient, professional, detail-oriented manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- 2 years of professional event and/or wedding planning and coordination experience including rental/event and vendor contract administration
- 1 + years' experience supervising and managing rental staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to accurately multitask under pressure with attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
- Flexibility, the ability to problem-solve, and a sense of humor a must
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skill
- Experience with Canva and Excel is an asset
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Willingness to work additional time where necessary to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Second Language is an asset
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
