We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our** British Columbia, BC Dealership** as a **Service Advisor**. This is a **Regular,** **Full Time** position. Hourly rate is $21.00 to $23.00.

**Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Scheduling customer appointments
- Creating work orders upon phone book in
- Providing estimates and quoting repair work
- Ensuring follow up with customers
- Completing work order once service is complete
- Collecting payment for work done
- Assisting in warranty with manufacturers and warranty administration as directed by the Service Manager
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Job Requirements**
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Service writer /CSR training and/or certificates
- 1 years working experience in a customer service or sales position.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Proven data entry, data editing and typing skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Organizational and priority-setting skills
- Ability to multitask
