We continuing to build across Canada and are seeking a driven, independent **Medical Sales Representative** to manage an entire region. At Techlem, **you own your territory** - no overlapping accounts, no internal competition. Your success is built on your relationships, performance, and ability to grow stretcher sales in your market.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all sales activities within your assigned region (exclusive territory).
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and regional distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Represent Techlem at product demonstrations, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, track pipeline activity, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the national sales team to support tenders, RFPs, and buying group contracts.
- Provide feedback from the field to support product development and customer service.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales (preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual (English/French) required for Quebec; considered an asset in other regions.
- Must have laptop or equivalent.

**Compensation**
- **Commission-only role** - unlimited earning potential.
- High payout on sales (details discussed in interview).

- Quebec
- Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PEI, NL)

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
