Overview:
Assist with all aspects of the Accounts Receivable operation. This position is full time hours starting now through the end of December and pays $16.00 per hour.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for collecting millions of dollars through daily phone calls
- Problem solve and assist customers with account reconciliation
- Ability to communicate with a large customer base (400-700)
- Excellent phone skills and documentation of contact
- Organization of customer’s paperwork
- Ensure ticket returns are scanned and credited correctly
- Multi-task under high pressure environment
- Liaise with sales reps and customers
- Processing cash adjustments
- General office duties - data entry and filing
- Assist with other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable is an asset
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access and Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to maintain a professional and friendly telephone manner
- Reliable source of transportation
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Able to work full time hours during the contract period
- Able to wear personal protective equipment deemed necessary to perform this job safely (may include; gloves, mask and/or face shield, non-slip shoes etc)
