As **Accounts Receivable Coordinator, **you must ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the accounts receivable department through the prompt collection of accounts and with an eye to decreasing the chance of loss. Below are the detailed responsibilities:

- Establish timely and systematic follow-up and collection of AR.
- Prepare a monthly and/or weekly AR aging list.
- Follow-up on all past due accounts using standardized collection procedures.
- Maintain in good order all accounts receivable records and files
- Be responsible for matching payments from customers to invoices.
- Resolve difference in unauthorized debits from customers.
- Enter payment in AR register, using our Microsoft Dynamics (AX) system and deposit AR payments in timely manner.
- Process and/or pay allowances not deducted from payment to Kisko Products by customer.
- Instruct employees that report to this position with clear concise information and make sure the individual receiving them understand instructions.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Perform any other duty or task as may be assigned from time to time by the VP of Finance and Administration.
- Degree or diploma in accounting or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections with a medium size company.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communicating skills.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of multi-tasking abilities, must have strict time management skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues.
- Ability to interact professionally with our customers.
- Experience must include strong computer knowledge and background in business.
