**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including payroll processing and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Perform account reconciliation and analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize accounting software, such as Sage, to input data and generate reports as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
