School Administration Officer

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Oversee daily school operations and ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and programs that enhance the educational experience.
- Support teaching staff in classroom management.
- Manage budgeting processes, including resource allocation to ensure effective use of funds.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, staff, and the community regarding school initiatives and student progress.
- Assist human resources functions such as hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and school activities while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate front desk operations, including managing phone systems and clerical tasks to support school administration.
- Foster a positive school culture that encourages teamwork among staff members while promoting student engagement.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in team management and supervising educational staff is essential.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with various stakeholders within the school community.
- Experience in clerical duties related to school administration is advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
