**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager for Boston Pizza

**Duties**
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee hiring, training, and interviewing processes for new employees.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies as needed.
- Implement and uphold food safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends to improve restaurant offerings.

**Skills**
- Strong team management abilities with experience in leading diverse teams.
- Background in hotel or restaurant management preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest experience.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire others.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00-$61,455.02 per year
