We have a fast-paced operation of approx 20-30+ employees (depending on the time of year). This is an excellent opportunity for someone that enjoys recruiting, seeks variety, and wants the chance to drive best practice hiring processes. You have a “whatever it takes” attitude and are committed to maintaining our people-centric culture that delivers excellent customer experiences.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (attracting, screening, interviewing and hiring), preferably with high-volume and/or front-line hiring.
- Key attributes include being outgoing, innovative, collaborative and self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking to proactively source and recruit for current and future company needs
- Experience working with job boards, applicant tracking systems, or other systems to complete work
- Interest in attending recruiting-related community events and working with local campus and employment group representatives to promote our employer brand to target groups.
- The ultimate drive to work in and contribute to a fast-paced company committed to the growth and development of its people.
In addition to recruiting, you’ll be involved with the development of onboarding, training and career growth programs for new and existing employees. You’ll oversee employee scheduling/dispatching and other functions related to people with occasional support in different business areas as needed.
