**Position Available: Recruiter**

**Location: Vancouver, British Columbia**

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Recruiter to play a key role in building our exceptional team. As a Recruiter at Rove Concepts, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent across various roles within the organization. Your passion for people and keen eye for talent will contribute to our continued success.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate and extend job offers, facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our hiring processes.

**What You’ll Need**:

- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or corporate environments.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for attracting top talent.
