**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Support and Management**:

- Oversee the support and maintenance of digital and automation tools within the organization.
- Manage the procurement process for new technology solutions, ensuring they meet our operational requirements and are cost-effective.
- Maintain and organize organizational accounts and licenses for digital tools such as Articulate, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Adobe, MailChimp, and more, ensuring adherence to strict usage policies and proper management of ownership details.
- **Website and Domain Management**:

- Ensure the integrity and high availability of website hosting and domain registration.
- Conduct regular audits to verify authentication protocols and secure access to our digital platforms.
- Act as a webmaster, ensuring that websites are continuously operational, updated with the latest security patches and plugins, and optimized for performance and user engagement.
- **Hardware and Software Stewardship**:

- Manage and track all organizational technology hardware, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, ensuring they are properly assigned and accounted for.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of all hardware devices and their assignment to staff members.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor the performance and functionality of all IT systems to ensure they operate at peak efficiency.
- Implement best practices for IT security and data protection.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Act as the primary liaison between IEC-BC and external IT vendors.
- Facilitate the negotiation and implementation of IT services and contracts to support organizational needs.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in technology that can enhance organizational productivity.
- Recommend and implement upgrades and enhancements to existing IT systems and infrastructure.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, including direct experience as a webmaster.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools, automation systems, IT procurement processes, and hardware/software management.
- Expertise in managing web hosting, domain registrations, and organizational IT assets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and vendor management skills.
