**Digital Field Operator / Account Manager**
**Location: Calgary, NW (In-office only, no remote or hybrid)**

We’re passionate about using technology to simplify complex challenges, and we're looking for a Digital Field Operator/Account Manager to join our growing team.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Field Operator/Account Manager who will play a key role in supporting our clients as they implement new software solutions, particularly in the field. This role requires hands-on engagement with field operators to ensure successful adoption of our platform, while also managing ongoing relationships with key accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement Software in the Field: Work closely with field operators to implement our software, providing hands-on training, support, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, focusing on identifying growth opportunities and driving adoption of new products and features.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct live product demonstrations, both in the field and in office settings, to help clients understand the full capabilities of our platform.
- Customer Support: Assist in responding to field-based usability and functionality requests, helping to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to ensure our products are continuously improving to meet field and operational needs.
- Onboarding & Training: Develop and adapt training materials to suit field environments, ensuring that operators have the tools and knowledge to successfully use the software.
- Industry Representation: Represent AbaData at industry events and trade shows, sharing our innovative solutions with the broader market.
- Collaboration with Senior Management: Work with management to develop and refine service plans and customer success metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on field operations or surface-land management.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, preferably in a field-based or technical role.
- A passion for technology, with the ability to quickly learn new software products and solutions.
- Experience in training or supporting field operators with new software implementations is a strong asset.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
