As an Earthcare Landscape Crew Member, you will be providing a valuable service to homeowners and businesses every day. You will be cutting, trimming, and removing clippings from customer’s lawns while working closely with the customer and your co-workers to meet and exceed their expectations.

**_What you need to Bring;_**
- Possess a valid driver’s license with relatively clean driving record
- Willingness to work outside during spring, summer and fall weather conditions
- Able to lift up to fifty pounds
- This position involves a lot of walking while servicing the customers lawns
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision but still play well with others.
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance

**_Responsibilities_**
- Cutting the lawn to the desired height of 3 inches, trimming the edges, and bagging clippings when necessary.
- Safe and professional driving of company vehicle to customer locations
- Answering and resolving basic customer questions and/or concerns
- Complete required paper work in professional and organized manner

- Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5.00 pm
- Some Saturdays required

- No previous experience required
- We are willing to Train

**_Salary_**
- Starting Salary - $19.00 per hour
- Plus bonuses

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
