St. Clair SRC Inc. (Student Representative Council) is the official student government representing students at St. Clair College. We are committed to enhancing the student experience through advocacy, services, events, and leadership opportunities.

**Position Overview**:
We are hiring an approachable and tech-savvy **IT Tech Student** to assist with basic technology support for students. This is a great opportunity for a student enrolled in an IT or Computer Studies program who enjoys helping others and solving everyday tech problems in a campus environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist students with logging into campus Wi-Fi, student portals, and other school systems.
- Provide support with printing, scanning, and photocopying using SRC printers and computers.
- Troubleshoot basic computer issues in SRC-operated areas (e.g., the Student Centre or SRC office).
- Help maintain functionality of public computers and kiosks.
- Keep basic documentation of common problems and solutions to support efficient help.
- Provide friendly, student-first service and support in person.
