**Your Role**

As a Pilates Instructor, you’ll lead **apparatus-focused group classes** using Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, springboards, TRX, ballet barres, and more. You’ll empower clients of all levels with challenging, fitness-based routines delivered in a **safe, motivating, and results-driven environment**.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Certified in full apparatus Pilates** (450+ hours or equivalent training)
- **Group class teaching experience**:

- **Strong group reformer instruction skills**:

- **Positive, energetic, and motivational presence**:

- **Contemporary understanding of classical exercises**:

- **Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented**:

- **Customer-focused with excellent communication skills**:

- **Comfortable using or learning club management software (e.g., Club Ready)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality **Pilates group reformer classes**:

- Lead private, semi-private, and demo sessions as needed
- Maintain a **clean, safe, and well-equipped studio environment**:

- Support client engagement through check-ins and sales
- Promote **studio services, memberships, and retail offerings**:

- Be a **motivating and inspiring presence** in every session

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
