Your Role

As a Pilates Instructor, you'll lead apparatus-focused group classes using Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, springboards, TRX, ballet barres, and more. You'll empower clients of all levels with challenging, fitness-based routines delivered in a safe, motivating, and results-driven environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Certified in full apparatus Pilates (450+ hours or equivalent training)
  • Group class teaching experience
  • Strong group reformer instruction skills
  • Positive, energetic, and motivational presence
  • Contemporary understanding of classical exercises
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable using or learning club management software (e.g., Club Ready)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Pilates group reformer classes
  • Lead private, semi-private, and demo sessions as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped studio environment
  • Support client engagement through check-ins and sales
  • Promote studio services, memberships, and retail offerings
  • Be a motivating and inspiring presence in every session
