**What we’ll love about you**:

- Accredited post-secondary degree/diploma, preferable in industrial technology or engineering, business administration, or management
- Hands-on experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment,
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and deadlines
- Initiative to lead and be self-directed
- Must be safety conscious and adhere to all safety processes and policies

**What you’ll work on**:
As a Shift Assistant Manager at Steelcon, you will have an overall responsibility for maintaining and improving the production processes, through maintaining teams and equipment. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day activities of workers and ensuring maximum productivity, you will analyze production data and offer constructive improvements to production output, while ensuring material and supplies are in a positive flow and all machines are functional.

**Shift**:
We are actively hiring for the afternoon shift, working 44 hours per week.

Monday to Thursday, 5:30 pm-5:15 am. Friday, no shift
