**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
**Logistics Coordination**
- Liaise with external carriers and internal fleet to ensure efficient material transportation.
- Dispatch Material Releases and update information and monitor load progress to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor inventory at warehouses and storage facilities and coordinate trucks to move material based on company needs.
- Use internal reports to monitor aging inventory and manage supply flow.
- Maintain and update daily Excel tracking sheet for all dispatched and incoming loads.
**Receiving Support**
- Upload shipping and receiving documentation into the company software system and assist with receiving material when required.
- Update and maintain purchase orders details in the company software system modify and close as directed by management.
**Accounts Payable Support**
- Reconcile invoices, address discrepancies and assist management with invoice approvals.
- Cross-reference loads with carrier invoices and investigate any discrepancies or missing receiving documentation.
**Administrative Tasks**
- Manage office supply procurement including stationery, coffee, safety gear, lumber, repair services, etc.
- Prepare customs documentation for both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Scan and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and handle mail and courier services.
- Perform any additional general administrative tasks as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, office administration, supply chain management, or related field.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or administration within a manufacturing or industrial setting is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for working across departments and with external partners.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to cross-reference and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
