Press Operator/ Technician for Packaging Machine

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain press brake machines and CNC equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce components accurately.
- Utilize CAD software, such as SolidWorks, for design modifications and project planning.
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precision in manufactured parts.
- Collaborate with team members to assemble products according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise.
- Follow safety protocols while operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all company policies regarding safety and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in manufacturing or machining environments is essential.
- Proficiency in operating CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and press brake machines is required.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and Fanuc systems is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations are necessary.
- Experience with welding techniques is desirable but not mandatory.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding logistics within the production process.
