Godin Productions is currently seeking a full-time Agfa and Kongsberg Machine Operator to join our team, for long term opportunity with room to grow and advance within the company. We will provide training and support as required to grow your skill set. This position requires a reliable and a self-motivated individual that is organized, hard-working and detail oriented.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Agfa Tauro**
- Prepare / Startup / operating / Shutdown of Agfa
- First print approval checks
- Ongoing quality control of printed sheets.
- Loading sheets.
- Offloading pallets.
- Communicating between all departments.
- Keep a clean working space for and around the Agfa.
- Machine maintenance.

**Kongsberg**
- Prepare / Startup / Operating / Shutdown of cutter.
- First cut / crease approval checks / blade cutting sharpness or replacement.
- Ongoing quality control of Kongsberg as sheets are running.
- Flipping sheets for feeding into Kongsberg.
- Loading sheets.
- Offloading pallets.
- Stripping of materials when cutting complete.
- Communicating between all departments.
- Keeping a clean working space for and around the Kongsberg Cutter.
- Machine maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good general computer operation skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Will be provided with a work laptop and work phone.
- Will be provided with training specificto the Agfa and Kongsberg.

**Working conditions**:

- Standing for long periods of time.
- Repetitive routine work.
- Noisy environment.
- Fast-paced secure environment.
- Safety shoes required on the production floor.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Lifting to 40 lbs.
- Pushing up to 20 lbs.
- Standing for extended periods.

**Education and Experience**:

- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must have experience operating a press.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Must be able to read and comprehend instructions, drawings, and standards documents.
- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with production team and other departments.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
