Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist

The Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in our operations by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, handling invoicing and accounts receivable, and supporting our sales efforts. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Provide accurate information about products and services, including pricing and availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Invoicing and Accounts Receivable:
- Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and payments.
3. Inventory Management:
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
4. Sales Support:
- Conduct sales calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Input and manage customer orders in the CRM system.
- Update and maintain customer records and sales data in the CRM.
5. Lead Generation:
- Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads through various channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
6. Multimedia and Web Support:
- Assist with creating and updating content for the company website and social media platforms.
- Support marketing initiatives by contributing to multimedia projects and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and multimedia content creation is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
